More about CSF Medical Non-Profit Foundation and our approval process:
Ø The patient must always have a diagnosis and the medical records to prove it.
Ø The patient will have had to already had his/her specialty consultation and a pre-approved surgery. (Cirugia Sin Fronteras Corporation) is the entity that we approve our patients from. Reason being that our certified surgeons and anesthesiologist are contracted by Cirugia Sin Fronteras Corporation.

Ø The patient will have to admit and provide all work history, bank accounts, family work history and finances, also answer a criminal record questionnaire.
Ø Once proven the patient fits the criteria of poverty level or low-income CSF Foundation exhausts all health care programs.
Ø If the patient is still not able to find the medical program or service through a separate entity his/her case will be processed and presented to the board members.
Ø CSF Medical Non-Profit Board Members meet once a month review cases with no name and determine who is in most need and will approve the cases they feel that are compatible with our guidelines and mission.
Ø Once the approval process is completed the patient will be notified about their approval and if they will be offered full or partial payment for the surgery they desperately need.
Ø The amount of funds offered to each case vary due to a thorough check in bank balances, private funds, family support, and or the status of employment.
