Dr. Nazemi specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the eyelids, eyebrows and upper face. Dr. Nazemi’s aesthetic and surgical skills long preceded his decision to become a surgeon. Raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Nazemi has been painting and drawing since early childhood. Alongside his allure for nature and beauty, Dr. Nazemi pursued formal training in music at the age of 10, playing the clarinet and drums in classical music orchestra and jazz. Dr. Nazemi attended and graduated from UCLA with honors. He completed his medical school training at University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors. He took his internship at USC Los Angeles County Hospital and completed his residency at USC’s prestigious Doheny Eye Institute. Combining a passion for microsurgery and plastic surgery, Dr. Nazemi did his fellowship training in ophthalmic plastic surgery with Dr. Henry Baylis, founding chief of ophthalmic plastic surgery at UCLA’s Jules Stein Eye Institute.

Dr. Nazemi has practiced in Southern California for 10 years. He has authored numerous scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and has made presentations at local and national meetings. Using his surgical experience and expertise in microsurgery and education, Dr. Nazemi offers the latest, safest, and most effective procedures to his patients. Dr. Nazemi has successfully performed hundreds eyebrow and eyelid procedures.
